As a trainer, facilitator, and curriculum developer, she is known for breaking things down and organizing them in a way that is easy to understand and practical to apply. Her capacity to look at a problem from unusual angles is sought after in work groups and strategy sessions.

She has spent over 25 years in the nonprofit sector navigating the relationships between nonprofits, government agencies, and communities as they work together through training, strategic planning, program development, grant writing, and evaluation. That work built deep skills in relationship building, group facilitation, and navigating the difficult conversations that bring out the best in teams.

Who is Creating Cultures That Thrive for?
Executive directors and managers responsible for a team, whether that team is three people or thirty, and leaders heading into a period of growth or transition.
We are very small. Does culture work matter yet?
It matters most while you are small, because the structure and habits you set now are the ones you will be undoing later if they are wrong.
Is this course self-paced?
Yes. It runs 2 hours and 50 minutes across 4 modules and 16 lessons, and the modules stand on their own if you need one before the others.
What do I get besides the lessons?
Eleven downloadable resources. The Transition Game Plan Template is worth knowing about before you need it, since it turns a departure from a crisis into a process.
How long do I have access?
Creating Cultures That Thrive is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge, and your access does not depend on holding a subscription. It continues for as long as we offer the course on Akademia, and purchasers get advance notice if that ever changes.
